Bazaar Rules & Regulations

To ensure order, cleanliness, safety, and fairness throughout the duration of the bazaar, all participants are required to strictly comply with the following rules:

1. Cleanliness and Plant Box Rules

Participants and their customers must not litter, sit, lean, stand, or place any items on plant boxes.
Taking, damaging, or tampering with plants and plant boxes is strictly prohibited.

Any damage to plant boxes, plants, or surrounding property caused by the participant or their customers shall be fully covered by the participant, including payment for damages and removal from the bazaar if required.

Since the booth rental is FREE for one (1) month, participants are not allowed to demand compensation, reimbursement, or special considerations from the organizers for any reason.

Any violation under this rule will result in immediate removal from the bazaar, with no second chances.

2. Utilities and Tent Use Policy

There are NO provided lights, electrical connections, or water supply for participants. Vendors must make their own arrangements and are strictly prohibited from tapping into any existing power or water sources within the premises.

Tents provided must be used properly and responsibly. Participants are not allowed to nail, staple, glue, tape, tie, or attach any materials that may cause damage to the tent. Any damage to tents or related fixtures shall be charged to the participant.

3. Booth / Tent Placement

Each participant must remain in their assigned booth/tent location from the first day until the last day of the bazaar.
Changing, moving, or swapping locations without approval is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of participation.

4. Waste Management

Participants are fully responsible for the proper disposal of:

• Their own waste

• Their staff’s waste

• Their customers’ waste

All garbage must be disposed of in designated bins. Any accumulation of trash in or around the booth may result in penalties or immediate removal from the bazaar.

5. Respectful Conduct

All participants must behave in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner at all times.
Loud, offensive, aggressive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

6. Safety & Security

Open flames, fireworks, or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited within the bazaar premises.
Participants are responsible for securing their own belongings. The organizers shall not be liable for lost or stolen items.

Security personnel will conduct roving inspections from time to time to:

• Monitor cleanliness

• Check compliance with rules

• Observe overall activities within the bazaar

Failure to comply with security instructions will result in penalties or removal.

7. Compliance with Organizers and Authorities

All participants must strictly follow the instructions of the organizers and security personnel.
Any refusal or non-compliance may lead to immediate expulsion from the bazaar.

8. Event Duration & Schedule

Participants must adhere to the official opening and closing hours of the bazaar.
Early packing up, late setup, or unauthorized schedule changes are not allowed.

9. Prohibited Activities

Selling counterfeit, illegal, unsafe, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden.
Any activity that may cause damage to property, endanger safety, or disturb other participants or customers will result in immediate removal.

10. One-Strike Policy

The bazaar strictly implements a one-strike policy.
Any violation of the above rules will result in:

• Immediate removal from the bazaar

• Forfeiture of privileges

• Possible ban from future events
